Not that long ago we caught up with Joseph and Wendy who generously shared what it’s been like to live in a Windfall. In that interview Joseph predicted that “the Windfall is going to make a comeback.” Well, he was right!
The Windfall is back and the renderings look awesome.
These clients — located outside of Ithaca, NY — modified the floor plans to include two small bedrooms in the loft, in place of one larger bedroom and office area.
Construction updates – August 2024
This Windfall is going up on a beautiful piece of land. Building with SIPs is rewarding since entire sections of a home can go up in a matter of minutes.
The contractor has been busy! The windows are in and the roof is on well before winter. The over-sized covered entryway is a winner in our book.
We’ll have more to share once the project is complete.
