Sam is on point.
She’s our best foot forward, our outgoing, upbeat, energetic people person who represents us in all of our client relationships. When you start a project with Timberbuilt, Sam answers all of your questions and makes it easy to bounce around ideas.
Sam studied architecture technology and started as our drafting intern so she can seemlessly translate the language of technical engineering into simple, every day English.
Listen to the breezy way she explains our building process and you’ll think she’s done it a thousand times — which may not be far off. After four years with Timberbuilt, Sam knows all the important details of our process, pricing, and home designs.
Not sure whether we build in Oregon? Wondering whether you can add a bedroom, remove a porch, pull out the wall to make the kitchen bigger?
Sam knows EVERYTHING. She can steer you in the right direction, help you decide which design works best, and fill you in on which customizations are possible.
Her brain is like a vaulted Timberbuilt database and our staff takes full advantage, shamelessly hitting her up for answers to obscure queries about old projects, the location of a missing file, or whether our client goes by Mike or Michael.
Sam also prepares our budget set drawings for every home we build, which carries her involvement into the real nitty gritty of each project and keeps her tuned in to the intracacies of our designs.
If that isn’t enough, Sam also arranges our home tours, effectively coordinating dates and times at various locations across the country to connect new clients with old so that everyone has a chance to walk through one of our homes.
She’s the voice of Timberbuilt, customer advocate, educator, and multitasker extraordinaire and if you’re reading this then there’s a good chance you’ve spoken to her already.
And if you haven’t — what are you waiting for?
