It’s not the Hollywood Hills, even better. This magnificent Timberbuilt is tucked away in the hills of Evergreen, Colorado.
We started with our baseline Olive and added a two-story garage with pub and billiards room, three-bedroom basement with gym and sauna, and a first-floor great room to take your breath away. This one is a winner in our books!

Despite its modern looks, this home features layout elements typical of many suburban family homes. It’s also the first Timberbuilt home specifically designed for a narrow lot with neighbors on both sides.
