Earth tones and natural materials bring out the best in this Olive, a beautiful build just outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
We love the stone walkway and hardscaping in the front yard, very nicely done!

In our experience a metal roof is usually the best choice for a Timberbuilt home. Metal roofs are durable and require fewer labor hours to install than asphalt shingles. A metal roof is also fully recyclable.

Can you tell what’s unique about the timbers in this Olive? They’re pine with a dark stain.
Most of our clients who build with pine choose a natural color or a whitewash. This is a rare opportunity to see dark brown stain on this species.

These clients did a wonderful job finishing out this home. The interior is open and welcoming, who wouldn’t love to come over for a big Sunday dinner?
