It’s not the Hollywood Hills, even better. This magnificent Timberbuilt is tucked away in the hills of Evergreen, Colorado.
We started with our baseline Olive and added a two-story garage with pub and billiards room, three-bedroom basement with gym and sauna, and a first-floor great room to take your breath away. This one is a winner in our books!

Construction progress update
A recent trip to visit our Colorado builds gave our design team a chance to grab a few photos of this ongoing project outside of Evergreen.
Check out that natural retaining wall. Nothing like a massive slab of bedrock to keep everything in place.
