A beefed-up version of our Kirsch timber home design is being built on the shore of the St. Lawrence River. We know these clients well and worked with them for years during the design process.
Nick and Andrea are smart and especially capable. Unlike many DIYers Nick runs a construction company so we hatched an ambitious plan. We were to send a single member of our installation A-Team as a construction consultant to oversee, assist, and teach Nick’s crew how to assemble timbers and panels.
The plan has gone well — and we swapped out consultants a few times so that Dan (our first man on the scene) and Isiah (our second) could head to Missouri with the rest of our crew. Currently our clients are in the very capable hands of one of our field foremen – Will.
