We stopped in on the crew at Ellicottville Brewing Company’s Little Valley location for a look around. We finished the timber and panel work last spring and couldn’t be prouder of the unique look. The structure is one of a kind.

Our build continues at Ellicottville Brewing Company’s new location in Little Valley, NY.
JANUARY 2019
Ellicottville Brewing Company has become a Western New York institution.
In addition to their excellent products, they boast an 8,000 sq. ft. restaurant, brew house, and German beer garden, timber framed (by Timberbuilt) in 2013.

This year, EBC is expanding with a new location in Little Valley, NY. Look at the aesthetics of the angled timber posts outside of this place.
Cool business plan to go with the unique design — in addition to opening the EBC Public Pub & Tasting Room with an outdoor, summer beer garden, there’s plans to open a Craft Brewing Science Center to demonstrate the components of brewing.
