We haven’t built in Florida since our contribution to the solar-powered city at Babcock Ranch. We’re excited for this return. This home features a front entry — it’s one we’ve built many times, in many places and is consistently one of our most popular. Classic open floor plan and formalized entry with lots of outdoor areas.
SIPs are equally effective in warm climates when you’re trying to keep cool, conditioned air inside and hot, humid air out. Roof eaves and that covered porch will also help keep things cool.
