	Builder / Dealer Opportunities We are designers, developers & builders of spectacular timber frame homes and businesses. Timberbuilt has the ability to design and create any home or business that our clients would like. We have already designed and built some spectacular Restaurants and Golf Course Clubhouses. Most plans are custom but we can also use any plans the client currently has or work with their architect.
Below are some of the advantages you receive when building with Timberbuilt. THE LOOK! These structures offer the beauty of exposed wood and natural timbers. No sticks here. We use massive timbers to help deliver the look our clients want. NEW and RECLAIMED materials are available. Our building system offers great flexibility – make the project as rustic or elegant as you like. Timberbuilt provides an extremely GREEN product that is environmentally friendly and helps reduce energy consumption and cost. The Builder/Dealer or dealer would be making money from the commission on the timber and panels; as well as the finish work on the home. We ship the pre-cut mortice and tenon timbers and the pre-cut exterior Insulspan panels, and send a field manager to assist the local trades on raising the structure. This would give you or the General Contractor you work with the opportunity to sell some high end homes, while using our design and marketing services.
